Hi, I’m Rahshonda Kirkwood, CPP, LPC, the founder of Mosaic HR Solutions. My journey into HR consulting stems from a deep passion for creating workplaces where people and processes align seamlessly. With over 20 years of experience in HR, payroll, and employee relations, I’ve learned that the heart of every organization is its people—and the systems that support them.

I’ve had the privilege of working for industry leaders like ADP and Ceridian, completing complex HRIS implementations for platforms such as Workday and Paylocity. But my work goes beyond systems and processes. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I bring a unique, people-first perspective to every challenge, focusing not only on operational success but also on fostering environments where teams can thrive.

Mosaic HR Solutions was built on the idea that every workplace is a mosaic of unique strengths, challenges, and opportunities. Francesca Bonapart, MPW, CCM

I’m Francesca Bonapart, and I’m proud to serve as the Project Manager at Mosaic HR Solutions. With over ten years of experience leading diverse and complex projects, I thrive on helping organizations navigate challenges and achieve their goals. My work isn’t just about timelines and budgets—it’s about people and building connections that drive meaningful change.

I’ve been fortunate to work on thousands of projects across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico for companies like CVS, Walgreens, Columbia College, and the Cook County Public Safety Department. My expertise includes process improvement, organizational change management, project planning, and technical implementations like software systems and web development.

I earned my Professional Master’s in Public Works from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati. I also hold certifications as a Construction Manager through the Construction Management Association of America and have a strong background in engineering and public works. These experiences have shaped my hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
